Processing your order

Please allow for a slight delay between the time your order is placed and then the shipment of your order! Processing your order may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping

We decline responsability for any damaged or lost packages during the transit process (the transit process beginning from the moment that we give your order to the shipping subcontractor in charge of delivering that package). That responsability is transfered to the contractor from that moment on, and any issue regarding shipping is to be brought up to the delivery subcontractor.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of order reception on your end. Here is our full return policy with the steps to take to initiate a return.

Regarding ethics and sustainability

All products are handmade with care in France, Europe, with global components. We make it a priority to use sustainable packaging (read: as little as posssible) that protects the integrity of the products while still providing our customers with an unpacking experience that is most pleasant to your senses!
