Where in the world do you ship?

Can i place a return?

I have already placed my order. Can I change my shipping address?
Please reach out asap using our contact page, depending on if your package is still in our care or if it has already been dropped off to our mail carrier, we might still be able to change it for you :)

I have a metal allergy/sensitivity, can i still wear your necklaces?
Yes, our suppliers guarantee nickel-free, hypoallergenic materials! All of the metal chains and findings are stainless steel, allowing longer durability.

When will you send my package?
Please allow for up to a week of handling and processing as we complete and pack your order! You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
